Following a press conference earlier today introducing The Clean Energy Jobs and American Power Act, the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee posted on its Web site several links to the bill. Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., and Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., are the sponsors.
